Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• We accept Square (credit/debit), PayPal, cash, or check.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

• With 24+ hours’ notice, your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future appointment (valid for 15 days from cancellation).

• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or no contact, payment is forfeited (no credit, no refund).

Punctuality

• If you’re running late, please call or text (480) 749-0127. Service times may be shortened to respect other bookings.
